Spooky Sideshow in Benton Park

We are excited to host another sideshow in Benton Park!

Join us on Saturday October 3rd at 6pm for a spooky-themed sideshow to kick off our favorite month: October! We absolutely love spooky season, and can’t wait to celebrate with you all.

We are bringing out a talented team of performers, some new and some returning on our roster. Our entire show will have funky Halloween themed songs, characters, and some unexpected surprises. This month’s sideshow is directed and hosted by Caitlynn Davidson.

Joining us for the first time on the Sidewalk Sideshow stage is Heather Long. Heather has been hooping for three years and is the leader of the Butterfly Hoops flow group in West county and helps organize flow jams. She volunteered at  TOCO festival and  started fire hooping last year. She is an ambassador for LiviJoyHoops.

Debuting a new act, founder Casey A’Blaze is bringing out the fire hoops on Saturday night. Casey has been performing in the area for over 7 years and has been practicing hoops for over a decade. She has a love for all circus, fire, and bringing people together. Don’t miss out on her great act!

Coming back on the stage, Violet Le Fae will be bringing out her beautiful butterfly dance, with a little spooky twist! Violet has been dancing since the age of three and her dancing background includes tap, Irish, and ballet.

Are you ready to be mystified? Magic Amanda is coming out with a full magic act in our spooky sideshow. If you are looking for a little magic in your life, literally, then look no further and catch STL’s very own Amanda Lindsey this Saturday night.

Save the date and join us on Saturday October 3rd at 6pm in Benton Park! This show is FREE and open to the public. Just be sure to tip the sideshow performers.

We love hosting these events for the public, as we know how hard it is for friends and families to gather safely right now. COVID has made it tough on us all! Sidewalk Sideshows was birthed in the summer of 2020, when most venues and events started to shut down. Many St. Louis area entertainers found themselves out of work. And we decided to bring the show to you!

All our shows are planned with social distancing in mind, and we wear our masks before and after shows. Each act is planned carefully to keep our audience members engaged and safe! Grab your lawn chairs, snacks, and anything else you want to bring for the show.
